NCA has two factories in Kure area.
HIRO produces mainly shipchains, while KAWAJIRI mainly moring chain cable.
It clears very severe quality control, as it is usually used at extremely
frigid environment. Total production is up to 20,000 tons a year, using
special materials developed jointly with Sumitomo Metal Industry Co.
The biggest size chain is 152mm dia. Lenght of moring chain is produced
endless without any shackle. KAWAJIRI has it's own sea berth and can ship
products directly to overseas. Factories are approved by major classification
societies, such as NK, ABS, LR, DNV, BV etc., and also API.
